APPLY FOR A PUBLIC LIBRARY CARD ONLINE

Apply for a Minuteman Library Network public library card online

The Minuteman Library Network, not to be confused with Minuteman High School, is a consortium of 41 public libraries. Many, but not all, Minuteman High School students reside in the towns that makeup this network.

If you have never had a Minuteman Library Network library card, complete the form to get a 6-month temporary card. Then visit a Minuteman Library Network public library convenient to you, within 6 months, to complete the library card application. When you pick up your card you must present a photo ID and proof of address.

Forgot your pin but know your library card number or username? Request password reset. You could always call your public library for help.

Anyone who resides, works, or goes to school is Massachusetts is eligible for a Minuteman Library Network public library card, which may be used to access databases and Libby ebooks. It is important for those who reside outside the network to know that this card will not provide access to some electronic resources such as RBDigital, Hoopla, and Kanopy which are available through individual Minuteman Library Network public libraries and not the network.
